Cornell ushered in a new era of disease diagnosis and prevention the afternoon of October 1st with the opening of the state-of-the-art New York State Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, where more than 200 diagnosticians, researchers, faculty and staff will monitor human and animal diseases. The grand opening ceremony was held during the third annual New York State Veterinary Conference.
