DVDs that have been opened are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

DVDs that are unopened can be exchanged for another title or returned for a full refund.

No returns after 21 days.

1. Make your return with 21 days of purchase
2. Include a copy of your sales invoice
3. Mark on the invoice the nature of the problem
4. Indicate refund, exchange or replacement
5. Allow 4 weeks for refund or exchange
